Businessman Earl R. Cummings is the President and Founder of TurningPoint Management. Cummings
has operated as an Executive Business Consultant since 1994. Focusing mainly on privately held, and family owned companies,
the help Cummings and TPM provide varies from business to business
but the focus remains the same: TPM is a valuable, independent source
dedicated to finding solutions to existing problems or ways to ensure
a strong business stays consistent.
Whether it is providing help on a financial, operational or marketing
strategy, Cummings and TPM take consulting a step further by actually taking the helm when necessary,
commandeering the business through the necessary changes and into stronger financial health.
Through his work in businesses both large and small for almost forty years, Cummings has experienced many of the changes faced by the clients
that call upon TPM for assistance, enabling the type of solutions that
are fed not by trends and theories, but history, solid experience and expertise.
In southern Minnesota, TPM has established itself as a solid performer among
the area's financial institutions, law firms and an array of satisfied TPM customers.
Despite its regional base, its reputation continues to grow as clients seeking TPM's
input have come from Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
Active in his business community, Cummings is also active in
the larger Mankato community. He has served as a board member
on the local Chamber of Commerce, the United Way, and remains
chairman of the Mankato Civil Service Commission. He's a life
sponsor of Ducks Unlimited,
and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Elks Lodge 225 and co-founder of the Mankato Area
Skateboard Park Project.
