Earl R. Cummings is the President & Founder of TurningPoint Management, Inc. He has operated as an Executive Business Advisor and Consultant thru TPM since 1994 and has over 40 years of experience.

Active in his business community, Earl is also active in the larger Mankato community. He has served as a board member on the local Chamber of Commerce, the United Way, and remains chairman of the Mankato Civil Service Commission. He's a life sponsor of Ducks Unlimited, and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Elks Lodge 225 and co-founder of the Mankato Area Skateboard Park Project and volunteers for many other local projects from time-to-time.

Douglas Belmore has enjoyed an extensive career in executive management, including President CEO Positions, as well as Board Member and Board Chairs in both private and public sectors.

Past and present community involvement includes board member and Chair of Greater Mankato Economic Development, board member of Greater Mankato Growth, Chair of the Industrial Advisory Board for Automotive and Manufacturing Engineering, serving on the Deans advisory board for the College of Science, Engineering and Technology at Mankato State University in Mankato, a member of the Minnesota Organizational Development Network (MNODN) and the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA), as well as Greater Mankato Growth and the Owatonna Chamber of Commerce.
